What's the 90-day replacement guarantee?
If your placement resigns or is terminated within 90 days of the start date (for any reason other than restructuring on your side), we run the search again at no additional placement fee.
What salaries should I expect for engineering roles in Dhaka?
Indicative BDT ranges for 2025–26: junior engineer (0–2 yrs) BDT 50k–90k / month; mid engineer (3–5 yrs) BDT 90k–160k / month; senior engineer (6+ yrs) BDT 160k–280k / month; staff / principal from BDT 280k. We benchmark against your specific stack and city.
